Our standard delivery timeline is 15-20days since all the pieces are made to order. Please note that our delivery timeline is not final rather approximate. Some orders are liable to get a little delayed due to the hand-intensive nature of our production. In such a situation, our team would be working tirelessly to make sure the order is dispatched/forwarded as soon as possible.

Please note by purchasing from Milk Design Shop, you are agreeing to our purchasing terms, conditions and policies which includes that we do not offer cancellation and refund on delayed orders as they would be already in the production cycle.

We will keep you updated if your order is delayed and send it at the earliest possible date. Be assured that in such a scenario, an order becomes a top priority for us and our production and merchandising team would leave no stone unturned to make sure that the order reaches you at the soonest date.
