Return & Exchange

We do not accept returns on orders above 10000/-. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. We offer a 3-day return/exchange policy from the date you receive your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your item, you can return or exchange it within this time frame. Please note that exchanges are limited to one exchange per order.

We are a made to order brand. Please note 5% (of piece value) OR INR500 (if the piece value is less than INR10000) will be deducted from return amount as cancellation/handling in case of any return. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of the return. If approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method. Please note that the refunded amount may take 4-6 working days to reflect in your bank account.

For international orders, we charge standard shipping charges starting from INR 1500 and going up to INR 5000 per kg as per location, weight and volume of the shipment. Please note that for our international clients, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The delivery timeline for international orders is typically between 10 - 15 business days.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order. A product is eligible for exchange/return only if it is a standard product.

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

On Sale goods, return, exchange and refund will not be applicable. Exchange will be entertained only if product has a problem or defect.

We do not offer return on Jewellery. 

Depending on your exchange product, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
